As the co-director and business development manager of BTF Constructions, I am proud to have been instrumental in championing the company on its many successes. Over the last seven years, BTF Constructions has been awarded 18 building awards, including three national awards and four state major awards. In 2016, I was personally recognised as HIA-SA Business Partner of the Year. This was a major honour and accolade, as most of the strategic and business operations I undertake at BTF Constructions are very much behind the scenes. I am committed to growing a reputable company, underpinned by quality customer service and delivery, as well as building homes that are superior and reflective of our client's vision. As part of this process, there are many systems and processes that I have developed and implemented into the business, especially over the last 24 months, to make us a more efficient, profitable and environmentally sound organisation. Having previously worked in the wine industry for many than a decade, I now take great pride in being a professional woman in the construction sector. Managing a company is both challenging and rewarding. I have applied my strategic and business management skills gained from my previous corporate and leadership roles to help develop and grow BTF Constructions to the name it is known today.
