I am internal capacity builder with over 25 years supporting leaders and teams, at all levels, in the deep and messy work of human transformation. My jam is cultivating climates that foster authentic connection, honest and inclusive dialogue, behavior change and human systems that value and nurture people. My "secret sauce" is living the work and understanding that the magic happens within the messy middle. I meet clients where they are and help leaders seed environments where inspiration, compassion, and bravery can flourish. I create this fertile ground by challenging status quo and binary thinking and surfacing self-limiting beliefs that block innovation, inclusion and courage. I am a fierce advocate for self-awareness, truth-telling, empathy, and the type of internal work that leads to real freedom. When people pause, drop their armor and get genuinely curious they are able to see and tap into their deepest knowing and inherent goodness.
