After graduation, I joined Interactions Marketing, an event marketing company, in San Diego, CA. During my year there, I hired and staffed for a high volume of weekly special events for multiple retailers nationwide. This experience gave me the opportunity to use various resources to find candidates, as well as experience in training, developing, and terminating employees when necessary. I then joined TalentLink Solutions to help fill specialized, executive-level positions within financial services. Joining a niche, boutique firm has given me an opportunity to recruit passive candidates in a specific industry, and to focus on the story of the individual candidate to ensure they make the best move for their career.
