I am currently in my fifth year of teaching as a 4th Grade Teacher with the Fairfax County Public Schools system in Northern Virginia. My Student Teaching experience consisted of one full school year as 6th Grade Intern in the State College Area School District as part of the Professional Development School Program at the Pennsylvania State University. During the summer, I have worked for both the Upper Darby Performing Arts Center & Upper Darby Summer Stage, as well as the Upper Darby Department of Recreation. My experience in working with children as a volunteer include: Volunteers in Public Schools Program as an ESL Tutor, teaching Sunday School, and directing a musical with 4th and 5th grade students.
