Six years experience in leading teams to success through building loyalty, customer relationships, maintaining repeat clientele, and achieving company goals. I excel at utilizing new and innovative techniques to increase and improve sales and customer service. Since moving from the retail world to the e-commerce world, my objective has been to bring that personalized service to customers, to a industry known for impersonal communication. Working now, exclusively, with nonprofits has allowed me to bring that one on one service to customer who need it the most, while simultaneously improving my company's ability to give back to the communities that have made us so successful.
