About me I am a Branch Manager for McColl's. I have twelve years’ experience in retail. I started working here as a Sales Assistant and back in July 2016 was promoted to Supervisor, and in February 2018, I was made Branch manager. In my time working here, I have had to take on some challenges. Some of the challenges included running the store in between managers. The experience or skills I have gained are using tills, lottery and PayPoint machines. I have learnt the procedures for opening and closing the store. I have had the responsibility of knowing the alarm codes. I have been able to use some of the skills I gained on the double award ICT course such as fixing the till when it breaks down and using the back office computer. About McColl's McColl’s is a leading community retailer serving the Convenience and Newsagent sectors with a strong national presence throughout the UK. McColl's comprises over 1370 stores, including 1000 convenience stores.
