I am a high energy Inventory Control / Receiving / Shipping Manager with considerable experience in the entire freight flow operation. Motivated to ensure accuracy of inventory from receiving to distribution. I have been known as the "go to person" based on two factors. First is my ability to coach other managers or an associate through an operational problem to find an answer. I have trained and developed associates to a level of successful promotion to fill needed Receiving Management positions, and/or simply answered a question over the phone on proper procedure to aid another store's associate. Second, from my neatly organized stockroom I can find any piece of merchandise you need for your customer. It's important to know what they need and where to find it. My management style comes from my coaching experience. I lead a team of several different personalities and abilities. My job is to effectively bring out the best in each associate ensuring the highest quality performance levels are achieved.
