Elizabeth Raistrick

I am an Associate Director in CNA's Institute for Public Research, Division of Safety and Security, managing and directing people, programs and projects in the Center for Vulnerable Population Protection (VPP). The mission of the VPP is aimed at protecting at risk and underserved communities and people who seek safety, equality and equity in terms of access to Health Care, Food Security, Climate Protections and Service Delivery of Federal and State Emergency Programs. I am an established program manager with 30 plus years of experience providing expertise and program management in science-based, consumer-oriented health research and policy initiatives that include user training, technical assistance, publication development, stakeholder engagement, development of information management processes and systems, and program analysis and evaluation to Federal, State, and local agencies. I lead multidisciplinary teams in the design of services and coordination of contract deliverables, successfully managing projects valued at over $150 million on time and within budget, garnering 100% award fee and exceptional contractor performance assessment report ratings (CPARS) on relative projects.
