I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Graduate Program in Social Evaluation of Projects and a Master’s degree of Public Policy. I am able to work on areas such as: market research, technology transfer and innovation in small and medium enterprises. In addition I am able to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate projects, programmes and policies, in companies, government and non-governmental organisations in the next areas: financial, economic and social. Specialties: I have more than two years experience in: Biotechnology Colombian sector, emphasis in market research, innovation and technology transfer processes, policy and legislation. I have one year experience on science and technology investment and ICT’s indicators. I have one year experience on social indicators analysis and in topics such as social security, life quality and culture.
