I am a dedicated, passionate talent management and leadership development professional, qualified as a chartered occupational psychologist, with extensive experience leading effective change projects at complex cross-sector multinationals for top-tier business psychology consulting firms. My core strengths lie in helping business leaders to boost employee skills, engagement, performance and productivity. I’ve worked with a broad range of private and public clients of all sizes, in different sectors and countries, partnering collaboratively with people from all backgrounds. My career progression so far has been rapid, capitalising on high levels of commitment to complete chartership in under two years, against an average of five to six. In my first role after graduation, at Arup, I quickly advanced to direct £MM projects recruiting 600+ staff and requiring leadership of a team in Dubai for six months.
