To me, the most valuable work I can do promotes living and working with purpose and meaning. In this day and age, it is critical to look outside one's own needs to see how we can use our unique skill sets to truly make a difference to each other's lives and to our world. And in order to do that, we need excellent people and processes to really to our very best with the resources at hand. I strive for excellence in everything I do. I enjoy the challenge of mastering new systems, programs, or products. Having worked and lived overseas, I see situations from a unique perspective. I have gained the skills, knowledge, and professional agility to propel organizations, teams, and people forward. And I’m willing to admit that I can learn more. I gain great satisfaction in knowing that what I do results in a better client/donor experience, better peer relationships, a more efficient and happier team, resulting in a better place to work. In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with my family, getting out in to nature, tending my gardens, walking or reading. I read countless books and listen to podcasts about business, management, leadership, psychology, philosophy, economics, personal development and anything else which is interesting and fun.
