Particular focus on Life Cycle Planning; beginning "idea", intermediate- scope definition, timeliness, budgets, approvals and closeout - construction package, invoices, permits. Facilities management for medium to large sized organizations. Attention to new and renewed vendor contracts for preventative maintenance programs. On site management and operations of building systems in conjunction with the property management building engineers. Detailed planning of HUB/Data room air and cooling systems. Measure of responsibility related to contractual obligations for all in-house janitorial, vending equipment, coffee and water service and preforming site inspections as needed to prevent potential damage to space.
