I am very passionate about helping others to be successful and I am very driven to challenge myself on a daily basis. My motivation for this attitude is that I believe I am called to work hard unto the Lord in EVERYTHING that I do. In the workforce, this looks like being a positive and encouraging co-worker, taking a win-win approach to all business relationships and customer interactions, not settling for mediocrity, staying humble yet also having confidence in what I can offer people, being open to new ideas, working hard on a project until my task is complete, and doing the right thing even when no body is watching. I have over 10 years under my belt of being successful in relational needs based selling. I attribute my success to being hard working, driven, and genuinely caring about meeting and exceeding the needs of my customers and business partnerships.
