Over 20 years’ experience in supply chain and SAP/IFS management within Aviation and Oil & Gas industries, incorporating 12 years in supply chain management and 11 years in procurement and inventory systems implementation & support, has led me to establish my own consultancy firm specialising in SAP implementation. Through EGMP Consultant Limited (which became profitable within the first 2 years of trading), I provide clients with technical and functional advice to develop bespoke solutions that address business specifications, working with clients such as Total E&P UK Limited. Other key areas of expertise include supply chain management and procurement, with extensive experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations on a global scale, as well as aftercare for global SAP Materials Management and Remote Logistics Management modules, and project management. I’m a highly analytical and results-focused professional, with a demonstrated ability to consistently deliver projects within time and budget constraints. In a leadership context, I am effective in delivering projects within time and budget constraints without compromising on quality, while guiding team members in producing a high standard of work. I’m well-versed in identifying training needs and delivering staff and user training that hits the mark. In the various roles I’ve filled in the past, I have enjoyed lending my expertise to different projects and teams in the SAP/IFS management space, facilitating the conception, development, implementation, and testing of solutions designed to be scalable and robust.
