I am a senior property lawyer who specialises in providing titling and subdivision advice to developers , owners corporations and government agencies so that they can create long term and sustainable communities. I believe in development projects and strive to achieve good results with my developer clients by providing forward thinking advice and structuring their project so it achieves the best outcome for all parties. One of my proudest achievements as a property lawyer is my work on Billbergia's UDIA award winning project 'Wentworth Point Marinas' which included the construction and dedication of the Bennelong Bridge. A community scheme which includes 6 different stratum schemes and 11 different strata schemes the project was not always easy, but through a number of innovative solution we were able to achieve a project that by all accounts has been a monumental success. Outside of work you will often find me enjoying a glass of wine and good food with friends or playing in the park with my two dogs.
