13 years’ Personal Assistant experience on EXCO level (worked for the MD for ABSA Private Bank and other General Managers on EXCO level). Previously involved in the roll-out of Self Service Devices (i.e. Roll-out of Internet Kiosks, MI Reports for Internet Kiosks, etc.). Also compiled the procedure documents (including business rules) and job aids for ATMs, Bank on Wheels and Roll-out of Internet Kiosks that is currently published on the Absa Intranet website. Acted as Subject Matter Expert and assisted HPL with compiling the training documentation for ATM Custodians. Also formed part of the "Scan and Pay" project that ran before implementation on ATMs and Self Service Kiosks nationwide. The Q-TV roll-out project is my responsibility from 2010, a 6-year contract with vendor/s to roll-out the system to all Absa branches nationally in a phased manner (± R15m budget per year). The QTV Governance Forum was also established to get input from other stakeholders in Absa regarding content shown on the TV screens in the branch network. Manages the roll-out of the new signage system to all Absa outlets nationally (new vista signage system). Responsible for internal, external and directional signage for Retail Banking, Business Banking, Private Banking (network of ± 650 outlets) and ATMs (6000 ATMs countrywide).
