I have been a IT employee at FedEx since 1998. After more than a decade of commitment I personally believe my dedication and hard work has contributed most directly to the company’s needs. Here is a small display of my cooperative attitude and productive ability as leader of a few projects I have been assigned with for stations such as BR and South America. Whatever the project at hand, my insight and conscientiousness has always provided the framework for everything I do. My ability to identify the root cause along with my determination to follow through to resolution is personal assets I rely on whenever a project demands productivity enhancement, cost reduction and revenue increase. Characteristics such as resourcefulness and perseverance have become task facilitators, especially when I need to evaluate, design, and implement, through interface with management, process automation and apply the Purple Promise. Specialties: I enjoy team work since I know will benefit from the exchange of ideas and knowhow. My working trips to other countries such as Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Puerto Rico and the USA, have brought me many rich experiences, not to mention immeasurable education and culture. Today I am a much more creative and determined professional, whose capacity to act is quick and efficient and who is constantly yearning to learn new skills and techniques.
