It is clear the extent to which mental ill-health affects the general population, and I am passionate about reducing the impact of mental health conditions on individuals. Having studied psychology for the past four years, I am committed to continuing my journey to completing the clinical psychology doctorate, which will further enable me to effectively apply psychological principles and interventions suggested by the National Institute of Care Excellence, ensuring a high standard of treatment and improving quality of life. I am an extremely caring, organised and reliable individual with experience working within a multidisciplinary team in an older adult mental health setting and am seeking to progress my career by developing and gaining proficiencies within other clinical settings.
