At present I am working for Haas F1 Team as a Team Administrator which involves Policy and Procedure Managmeent and Implementation, organisation, reporting and Team Administration. I worked within the Financial Services Industry for 4 years in various roles gaining a huge amount of experience and understanding in this sector. I worked in Customer Relations handling complaints, completing root cause analysis, understaing restitution values and working within FCA guidelines. I have a background in training. This taught me to effectively manage and develop individuals, understand learning styles and efficiently complete pdp's. I created and delivered training both to internal staff and to off shore staff also via video conference links. I also have a background in the purchasing industry including supplier contact and contract organisation, analysing sales data and updating this to senior members of staff.
