Emily Jones

I am an extremely hard-working and accomplished front-of-house restaurant manager. I haven personally trained up to 20 new employees at a time during the 5 new restaurant openings I have assisted in. I am passionate about training and setting new team members for success. I am meticulous and organized in a way which helps my peers to do the same. I enjoy hospitality and working with the public in such a personal way as food - everyone has to eat and that is a great equalizer of people. After working at a major tourist restaurant for the past five years I have learned to work well under sudden pressure and lead my team to success no matter the challenges. I am extremely dependable, and am skilled at maintaining a balanced workload between what I can and cannot handle.
