Emma is a highly experienced Senior Manager in EYs Advisory Performance Improvement Practice, with a proven track record in Infrastructure and Public Sector. She shapes and delivers transformation programmes which increase customer experience and reduce cost. Introducing innovative technology, improving business processes and fostering effective behaviours, she delivers outstanding outcomes and business benefits. She has over 10 years experience in both public and private sector including Transport, Government and Public Sector, Telecommunications, Technology, Construction and Power and Utilities. She was selected for the Accelerated Leadership Programme (ALP) established to stimulate EYs highest performers and is currently supported through the Partner Pipeline. Emma is an experienced EY engagement manager responsible for engagement finances, people and quality performance. She is a career counsellor and advises global account teams of infrastructure and transport projects.
