Having spent many enjoyable years in Recruitment both commercial agency and most recently in-house for a fantastic company in Trowbridge, My husband and I have bitten the bullet and gone it alone, and we are setting up a campsite in a beautiful rural area on the outskirts of Bath very close to Longleat and other local attractions. We bought a field in the village of Woolverton, and it has been a long journey to get planning permission granted, but we are now there, and the hard work really begins in getting said field ready for campers for this season. I brought my recruitment experience in-house to apetito and acted as as primary point of contact for external agencies, streamlined the recruitment process and made the recruitment function as cost-effective as it can be. Saved tens of thousands of pounds recruiting directly, I was responsible for negotiating rates with external agencies, job boards, liaising with line managers to encapsulate all they required from the candidates, SHL testing, completion of a Preferred Suppliers Agreements and much more. I recently had the benefit of working as part of a team setting up a fully functional graduate recruitment scheme.
