I love to learn new skills and knowledge, especially when the subject interests me. I am a quick learner and tend to understand complex ideas with minimal training or support required. I like to research and try for myself and can be a self-learner especially when it comes to IT. I haven't had much experience with programming or network systems, however I did some basic html at school and this has stuck in my mind. I completed a mini online html test to judge knowledge and did a lot better than expected. After entering into the Software Development Department within my previous company I wanted to know more about the development and coding side as I believed this would help me with Customers, finding the best, most feasible solutions, and also with the Developers when they give me feedback on ideas, I have the knowledge and thus confidence to challenge them. In summary I am a well rounded individual who likes to be able to find the best solution to any situation. I am a logical thinker but that doesn't make me heartless, I just make sure that the ideas I generate have thought behind them and aren't ruled by biases or emotion.
