I am a highly effective, focused and ambitious internal Communications and Employee Engagement Specialist with a 16 year background within this sector. I have strong skills in internal communications, brand, events management, employee engagement and employee research, having spent the past 17 years in a Human Resources environment. My key skills include a strong work ethic, an in depth and well proven knowledge in event management, employee engagement, and national communications delivery. In addition to this, I have a natural ability to thoroughly analyse employee engagement data (through a variety of metrics) in order to provide effective models for company improvements, communication, action planning and execution. I have strong influencing and persuasive skills and a wide experience in giving effective oral and visual presentations to a variety of different stakeholders at multiple levels of the business - from CEO to peers and stakeholders.
