Being in support roles in Financial markets, a hobby of practicing yoga for 10 years, turned into a life style/job. I took teacher training Level 1 with Mark Breadner from Yogacoach. I fell in love with the training and took Level 2 the following year in Bali. Teaching in local studios, Church halls and community centres, but wanted to bring the good feeling yoga gives to the people in the world I come from, the business world. Zeninthecity was born on the shores of Bondi in 2013. My business partner and I are committed to bringing health, happiness and success across the Australian business world. Teaching yoga and meditation to Corporate workers. Both my business partner, Natalie Stanley and I, have a deep understand of what city life is like, as that’s where we come from.
