September 2009 – Present Project Manager, Axiom as Subcontractor Interfaces with the prime contractor to coordinate and oversee performance of the Axiom Electronic - Questionnaire Investigation Program (e-QIP) contract team. Project Manager, Axiom Prime Contract Manage Axiom's e-QIP contract with the Defense Health Agency (formerly TRICARE Management Activity (TMA)). Ensure contract deliverables are met, including Quality Control Plan, Monthly Progress Report, and Subcontract Expenditure Report. Oversee Axiom's Personnel Security Division. This entails overseeing over 200 DHA contracting companies ensuring that each contractor has the proper and correct investigation requests to support DHA. Provide solutions to problems that are encountered during daily operations. Supervise the DHA e-QIP help-desk. Manage e-QIP formal training sessions for managers and other DHA employees. Manage the Real-Time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) site. Duties include ensuring that the RAPID site is fully functional, operational and adhering to the guidance provided by DoD for the issuing of CAC to valid and authorized DoD employees. Manage and supervise team. Serve as administrator for Joint Personnel Adjudication System, Defense Information System for Security and DHA e-QIP. Duties include ensuring users have the required investigation and yearly required trainings. When needed, revoke, create and unlock DHA user’s accounts. Additional duties include monitoring the correct and timely completion of the Advance National Agency Check and Finger Print Reports for all potential DHA contractors in order to ensure the most current data is provided for all applicants seeking contractual employment with DHA.
