A flexible business-focused, FCIPD qualified HR professional with over 6 years experience in an operations HR Management role, in a fast paced multi site operation and 8 years in a Central HR Management role. Currently responsible for developing HR information systems to support the long term HR and business strategy. Managing the HR Policy Review process, developing HR Policies to support delivery of business objectives and best practice. Leading and supporting the Central Payroll team, ensuring an efficient service is provided to the business.
