I am a dynamic management professional, poised to harness 18 years’ experience, predominantly gained in the travel sector, where I drive the seamless operation of retail on a day-to-day basis, with a particular focus on management of services, departments and people. My aim is to always maximise profits while minimising costs. I ensure my team are continually working towards our store targets, alongside ensuring excellent customer care standards are met at all times. I possess a versatile skill-set, which can be adapted to fulfil the needs of any retail operation. My personal maxim is to always strive for excellence and it is really important to me that I enjoy my work and achieve both personal and team targets in order to see the positive difference I make.
