Emmanuel Lindsay

I am a recent Master of Business Administration graduate with a vast knowledge of Sport Management obtained from my undergraduate studies. I developed a passion for sports at a young age, through the constant thrill and intense atmosphere of playing organized sports. As a result, I decided to learn about the business of successfully managing sporting events and facilities to deliver great experiences for the consumers. Throughout my college career , I have acquired the necessary terminology, skills, and experience needed to make an impact in the sports and recreation industry. In my previous position as an Internal Operations Intern for Yale's Athletic Department , I obtained more knowledge related to the tasks that need to be completed for the proper execution of sport events. Creating and distributing credentials for various parties , supervising and scheduling event staff, communicating with officials, and inspecting game areas for safety are examples of some of these tasks. I am currently seeking employment in Sports and Facility Operations, but also employment in organizations that have a greater cause and can help me achieve my ultimate goal. I am interested in being on a team that provides consumers with memorable and exciting sports experiences , just as sports did for me. I believe I have the skills and positive team mentality to be an asset and help innovate. Areas of Focus: Internal Operations, Event Management, Strategic Management & Planing, Social Media Marketing.
