I have learned the value of land ever since I developed my surveying techniques. As a staff to my father, who is a field surveyor, our data are required to the realty appraisal office of my uncle. Soon I started working in local and international projects. The way my career progressed, l was humbled by some challenging experiences. Real estate analysis and procedures became my passion. It developed my professional standards and established my skills on the following areas: • Review on real estate technical reports for project management and engineering construction. • Consultancy for environmental permitting and government technical transactions (HLURB, CAAP, LGU) prior to land development. • Due diligence and technical feasibility mapping to verify land acquisition assessments. • Direct and supervise operations of multiple surveying teams. • Control value engineering costs of geodetic survey firms, duly coordinated for pre-engineering planning and design specifications. • Manage project QA/QC engineering methodologies that involves dimensional control of line and grade. • Prepare technical plans using QGIS and Autodesk Civil 3D, designed for executive presentations. Until now, I am determined to learn new software and modern technologies. I am continuously upgrading my profession by attending CPD seminars and accomplishing my four related PRC licenses. It is my ambition to link these licenses to provide optimal service in land management and development. It is in my vision, that every modern engineering management and design consultancy firms in the future will strive for profitable projects that are environmentally sustainable, cost effective, financially viable, and design competitive. I believe that real estate developers will soon adapt synergy with nature, for the welfare and health of the community it serve.
