I am a resourceful and high calibre business professional with 27 years of outstanding career in Human Resource Management / Development, Organizational Development, TQM & QMS and Industrial Engineering with reputed companies in Saudi Arabia. My core competencies cover HRD & organization development covering job evaluation, job descriptions, organization structuring and implementing effective processes and policies to significantly boost performance and productivity of organizations. I have worked closely with top and executive managements in implementing TQM principles, obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 certifications and driving change initiatives. As a catalyst for fostering excellence, I have worked with cross functional teams and assisted senior managements in implementing strategic initiatives. Currently I am working as Organization Development Advisor at Sadara Chemical Company. I have also worked as ISO & Quality Specialist with Hadeed, a SABIC affiliate and as Industrial Engineer with SCECO – East. I have augmented my Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research with a Masters in HRD from Texas A&M University and several professional certifications.
