Engr.Bilal Ahmad

Bilal has total more than 6 years of experience in various engineering & consultancy companies related to electrical products. He has worked in different departments such as production, quality control, technical design, and HSE. Bilal started his career as Quality control Engineer in Newage Cables Pakistan where he involved in all type of lab testing and technical design of Low Voltage, Medium Voltage cables. His learning ability made him distinguished which promoted him to Assistant Manager within (5) months. He also has been assigned to became active team member of ISO internal auditing within organization. Due to his dedication towards his work and his contribution in quality management system, he has been promoted to ISO Head. In 2019, Bilal has been assigned as a Quality Control Manager in a newly made manufacturing company provided Green cables. One of his achievement, he was the founding manager of Quality lab and developed the lab in a very short period. He has spearheaded on activities related to purchasing lab equipment, Calibration, ISO 9001, ISO 17025 accreditation. Another achievement is that he contributed to the approval from PSQCA (Pakistan Standard and Quality Control Authority), WAPDA (Water and Power Development Authority) for the company within 07 months. In 2020, Bilal has been assigned as QHSE Manager in Newage cables pvt. Ltd. Where he involved in implementation of ISO standard (9001, 45001, 14001) with in the organization. He was the Lead Auditor and Trainer of ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001. Another achievement is that he contributed to the product approval from LPCB operated by BRE Global. In 2021, Bilal has been assigned as Deputy Plant Manager in a newly made manufacturing company provided Ali cables pvt. Ltd. Where he involved in the installation and commissioning of new machines. He also involved in the research and development to reduce the inefficient and waste. He also ensure the timely production and provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation. Further more, he monitor operational expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
