I undertake work on a variety of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases and leases (with experience advising tenants and landlords). This includes providing corporate support by assisting with the property aspects of corporate transactions. In addition to having 6 years of agent experience prior to becoming a solicitor, I have also acquired knowledge of both the private and public sector. My career experience means that I fully understand the importance of keeping all parties to a transaction up to date and the need for regular and concise communication. Due to the transactional nature of the matters I deal with, I relish the need to understand not just property law in isolation, but also my client’s business operations in context.
