FINANCIAL AUDIT ENGAGEMENT  Leads the team through the entire audit process of various clients from planning to completion of financial statements  Performs detailed review on the audit working papers, financial statements and other reportorial requirements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or/and Charity Accounting standards and General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)  Monitors multiple clients regularly to check how they are progressing against deadlines  Reviews the preliminary and final analysis of financial statements.  Maintains strong relationship with clients  Identifies possible risks and issues during the audit and raises them to the client with corresponding remedies  Counsel, train, and mentor senior audit staff, junior audit staffs and interns.  Monitors clients audit fee, schedule of payments and additional billable services, if applicable COMPILATION ENGAGEMENT  Performs detailed review on financial statement of clients in accordance to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Charity Accounting standards (CAS) and General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).  Performs detailed review on the working paper on financial balances and disclosures and tax computation and disclosures to be presented in the financial statement
