Eran Bezalel

Eran is a partner in the firm’s Commercial and Civil Litigation Departments, with a focus on complex tenders and administrative law. Eran handles a wide range of complex economic civil disputes, including all aspects of administrative, commercial real estate, contractual, corporate and competition law. He works on government, public and private tenders of every description from major to multi-million dollars in value, from sole tenderers to global co-operations, accompanying clients through the complex processes and financing of tenders they publish, or those on which they bid. Eran also represents clients when tender-related disputes arise. Working on groundbreaking national infrastructure and construction projects and commercial property transactions abroad, Eran provides legal opinions and counsel on tender law and project management, often regarding BOT, PFI or PPP models. He acts on tenders for services and the purchase of equipment in diverse sectors, finance tenders and infrastructure and construction tenders, including those in the pharmaceutical, technological, financial and contractor industries. Eran has appeared before the entire range of Israeli courts and arbitration tribunals and has considerable experience in multi-party litigation, class actions and anti-trust issues. Since 2012, Eran has been Chairman of the Administrative Affairs and Tenders Committee of the Tel-Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association.
