Over 14 years of experience as a creative director, leading a team of talented designers and setting the vision for brands and retailers to create unique and on-strategy shopper experiences. Proven success capturing the essence of a brand and translation into a powerful visual statement at retail. I believe in the power of insights and strategy to inform the design process and the role of innovation and technology to enhance and augment the brand storytelling to bring meaningful experiences to the shopper. Working with our brand experience division - Synergy Experiential – to create experiential design solutions for shoppers at in-store or pop-up retail. Experience in design engineering adds to my understanding of the manufacturing process and cost containment. Through demonstrating confidence and being an effective listener and communicator as well as a team player and delegator I have been able to develop strong leadership skills.
