I am currently a Territory Sales Lead for The Hershey Company within the Indianapolis District. Working with a team of other talented TSL's, I use customer IRI and Neilson data and analytics to provide consumer insights to leverage Hershey product as the primary means to drive their CMG business and share growth. During my time with Hershey, I have become a leader within the Indianapolis District, even being nominated as 1 of 33 TSL Co-Leads across the country for our TSL Connect program. My progress to this point is highlighted by my consistent top 5 Share in my Kroger accounts and my great success with Operational contacts within Walmart. Closing entire Market orders (11-24 stores) at one time, instead of selling to each store individually. My years in restaurants saw me responsible for hiring, training, and maintaining teams for the departments I was over, and eventually the entire store. I was responsible for writing the stores budget, maintain and monitoring the P&L, declining budget, and costs. My stores maintained some of the highest Guest Satisfaction in the franchise and/or area. Had to drive foot traffic through marketing and direct contact with potential customers using social media and in person meetings. My leadership style was one of servant-leadership, seeking to take care of my associates and customer first. Listening to their feedback and improving myself, while holding my team accountable for the same. This caused my training style to be upfront, consistent, with clear expectations set from the beginning. All thanks to my teaching degree and a focus on providing as much education and information to my team(s). In my free time I enjoy working out, mountain biking, playing with our ferret Rocko, running TTRPG's, and writing a brand new TTRPG with friends. I am the Chief Course Marshall, chief safety officer, for the Indiana Interscholastic Mountain Bike League (NICA) and also Assistant Coach Supporter.
