Specialties: -Cloud operations, Business operations and automation, service and product development, sales and marketing, key account management, strategic partnerships and M&A. -Project management: large, multi-vendor projects for enterprise clients involving cloud, networks, software deployments, risk assessments, business continuity and business strategy. - Cloud operations, IP networks and services, design/deploy/manage and compliance/reporting. - IT audits and compliance including SSAE18, HIPAA, FDIC and similar. - Data center design/build/operations---multiple Tier3 site designs, real estate/utility evaluations, contractor management/project management, commissioning and 24/7 operations. -Telecom vendor management, design/build/manage WANs, contract negotiation, HA configurations. -managed services--24/7 operations for cloud, collocation and IaaS. -DR/BC, BIA, Project Management and regulatory compliance. -SaaS, web, including content, CMS, ecommerce, and web apps.
