Eric Flesch

After 42 years of executive-level roles throughout the cement, energy, and gas industry – Eric Flesch is a senior consultant specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and strategy. Flesch served as the CEO of Promigas, leader of the gas sector in Colombia and Peru; a cluster of 20 companies, including gas transmission, distribution, regasification, and power distribution. He was responsible for leading expansions over $1.0 billion, focusing on international expansion and growth. Before joining Promigas, Eric served as the CEO of Argos USA Corporation, where he was instrumental in establishing a strong footprint across 14 states, growing revenues of $1.5 billion, and leading a headcount of over 3,000 collaborators. With a strong background in international business, Eric leverages his leadership skills to promote the value of teamwork. He possesses a strong awareness of how ESG should drive an organization to achieve corporate goals, while managing and meeting the expectations of shareholders.
