Eric Fusilero

With over 20 years of experience in the high tech industry, I am a passionate leader who drives sales and technical enablement and education in service of customer success, partner profitability, and employee readiness. I have a strong background in user and learner centered design, operations management, consulting, strategic planning and execution, program management, vendor relations, process improvement, needs assessment, curriculum design, presentations, software development, and sales/pre-sales/services/support/customer education and enablement, both direct and indirect.Currently, I am the VP of Global Enablement and Education, Customer Success at Splunk, where I help Splunk build a safer and more resilient digital world with a unified security and observability platform. I lead the strategy development and execution by partnering with customers, partners, customer success, sales, and engineering to innovate, develop, and deliver learning solutions that help customers and Splunkers build their capability to deliver outcomes with Splunk. I am proud to have received the Chief Learning Officer 2019 Learning In Practice (Innovation) Gold Medal Award for my work at Splunk. I also hold an MA in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University and an MS in Developmental Biology from Case Western Reserve University.
