A driven and self-motivated individual, I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy taking on challenges. My track record of problem-solving and team building has been honed through years of experience as a professional, military, and student leader. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on process improvement and quality control is a point of pride for me. By bringing groups together to achieve common goals, I have established a reputation as a reliable and effective team member. At Abbott, I revitalized a stagnant continuous improvement program. Cross-functional teams I led prioritized and implemented initiatives that achieved measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, I mentored team members in best practices for root cause analysis, leading to improved quality metrics and customer satisfaction ratings. I also developed comprehensive training materials to close critical technical and document control gaps, resulting in improved compliance, product quality, and employee engagement. Currently, I'm pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. My diverse experiences have equipped me with a unique set of skills and knowledge. I reached the rank of Staff Sergeant (E5) as an Aerospace Propulsion Journeyman responsible for the maintenance of the airbases' fleet of C-130 aircraft both domestically and abroad. This experience instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and dedication that I have carried with me throughout my personal and professional endeavors. Following my military service, I worked as a customer liaison at the Veteran Resource Center while completing my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Management with a minor in Economics from USM in 2016. This allowed me to assist veterans in their transition to student and civilian life. Subsequently, I began my career in Quality Control and Assurance, contributing my expertise to esteemed organizations such as Abbott Industries, Paradigm Solutions, and MEGA Industries, where I have previously worked. With a passion for training and self-motivation, I am confident in my ability to make a positive impact in any role.
