Experienced, business-focused attorney with over 28 years of increasingly responsible experience as in-house Counsel in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, including twelve years (current) experience as Senior Legal Counsel and Lead Counsel for the Cardiac Rhythm Management business at Medtronic, and four years prior experience as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for MGI PHARMA, INC. (“MGI”), a publicly-held $2B biopharmaceutical company in Bloomington, MN, focusing in oncology and acute care medicine. In Pharmacology and over six years of experience in big pharma as a preclinical research scientist and as a pharmaceutical territory & hospital sales representative.
