As Head of Cash Management Product support & Integration, I lead my team of managers that works with 2nd line support and technical onboarding of clients into Swedbank’s Cash management products and solutions. Together, we establish clear processes, mitigating risk and enhancing efficiency by driving automation of manual processes and development of the supporting tools. Also, ensure that customer and business value is created through the services delivered. In my role I secure that my unit drive, develop and execute on the Cash Management strategic agenda. Together with my teams, we set up smooth & efficient support to our Cash Management customers and staff in Swedbank. I lead, coach, communicate and show direction in order for others to be engaged and motivated. Responsible for the processes performed by the organisation and for our part of the value chain aiming at customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
