Eric Olbekson

Eric is currently a Senior Operations Manager with Lash Group, a consulting firm, which is a division of AmerisourceBergen. At Lash, Eric is responsible for strategically collaborating with clients to design and deliver patient assistance programs that ensure seamless access to an array of services and solutions to meet the unique needs of diagnostic and personalized medicine products. Previously, Eric was the Director of Clinical Operations for Access Health California, a primary care medical provider with the five locations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Key areas of responsibility included: strategic planning, service line development, physician recruitment and retention, and community outreach. Eric led Access Health through a sustained period of revenue growth, while expanding the company's footprint in the Bay Area. A key member of Access Health's leadership team, Eric worked closely with the CEO and key members of the leadership team to address critical business challenges and set strategy for long term growth. Additionally, he collaborated with Access Health's Medical Director to ensure that operational initiatives supported patient care priorities. Previously Eric served as Operations Manager with Allion Healthcare's MOMS Pharmacy. While at MOMS he led a team that focused on the unique delivery of specialized HIV care. Eric formalized a program for customer service and community outreach that led to MOMS being recognized as a leader in patient care. Pharmacies under Eric's leadership saw consecutive years of growth in prescription fulfillment and an increase in net revenues. He served in the key role of Regulatory and Compliance Officer for the MOMS Bay Area locations.
