24 years in sales, sales training and sales management within the pharmaceutical industry including over 19 years in leadership roles. Have experienced and lead through significant industry highs and lows while delivering improved sales team performance within existing and expansion business units (BUs) across the western half of the U.S. BU specialties have included cardiology, gastroenterology, urology, primary care, pediatrics, women's health and behavioral health. This broad exposure has transformed a leadership philosopy initially based on sales performance as the key driver to one that recognizes it's who you become and how you engage and develop people that determines sustainable performance. Current efforts include developing and leading reps/managers through significant transformation as we define and develop a much broader, customer-focused engagement model within the healthcare industry.
