Heading into my 29th season as a Miami Heat Broadcaster. This is my 26th season season as the play by play man on Television for the Heat. I have broadcast over 2,000 regular season Heat games including 3 Championship seasons in 2006, 2012 and 2013. This season we will call 80 of the 82 games on Fox Sports Sun. For the last 40 years I have been working at my craft as a play by play sportscaster on radio and television in college and professional sports. I have enjoyed broadcasting basketball, football, baseball and lacrosse. Have embraced and appreciated my association with Cornell University football, basketball and lacrosse, Providence College basketball, Brown Football, Boston College football, New England College lacrosse, Boston Red Sox, Pawtucket Redsox, University of Miami Football, University of South Florida basketball, FIU football and of course the Miami Heat, my broadcasting home for the last 29 years. My first job in sports; 1978 Media coordinator-Jersey City Indians..the AA affiliate at that time of the Oakland A's. Hall of Famer, Rickey Henderson, was a 19 year old, 2nd yr pro on that team. 20+ years of pbp football experience but have not done any work the last 5 years and would love to return to football broadcasting on radio or TV. Specialties: Radio and Television Play by Play skills for football, basketball, baseball and lacrosse. Can also serve as a radio/tv host. Writing skills for broadcast or print media. Motivational speaking. Broadcast coaching.
