Eric is currently working with American and European investment firms, as a senior advisor. He is facilitating the mergers and acquisitions process of discrete manufacturing opportunities of diversified verticals He has spent over 20 years as an executive in S&P 500 and Private Equity owned global corporations and 10 years as consulting partner. Eric is focused on successfully growing and turning around discrete manufacturing companies. Also, with a European and American background and significant experiences in the Middle East, India, Russian and Sub-Saharan cultures, he is skilled at integrating and leading very diverse organizations. As an executive consultant, he has, for example, contributed to transforming SNA Europe (SNAP-ON Tools Inc) Business development strategy, delivered several rigorous Business Plans for Start-ups in the digital ecosystem, and introduced turnaround strategies based on cost reductions, processes improvements, innovations, and leadership enhancement in various SME’s. Prior to this, Eric as president of Power Climber reoriented the company’s Business model to focus on Renewable Energies and increased revenue by 35%. When Vice President for Trane HVAC EMAIR Services he grew sales by 60 % and EBIT by 86%, in 3 years. As Managing Director of Carrier Sütrak, he led the restructuring of the company to achieve a record EBIT improving the ROS by 13 % points. In charge of the European Business Development for Volvo Cars Europe, he was instrumental in redefining and implementing an enhanced model of distribution network strategy for 1,100 dealers enabling the evolution of the Business model from purely technical to commercially driven. Eric holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Hartford in Finance and Marketing.
