While obtaining my Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus in Human Factors I studied user centered design principles and methodologies partnered with UX/UI design concepts, which provided me the tools to discover and understand people's needs and build meaningful products. As part of my graduate research I lived in Seoul, S.Korea for 2 months to analyze the data from Korean Airlines' confidential safety reports and translate the causal factors, human error trends, and system deficiencies into organizational needs and business requirements. Continuing into my career as a consultant, project manager, technical brand manager, and even as a DJ was this constant will to learn and connect with people to help fulfill their needs or to provide innovative solutions to their problems or marketing needs. An affinity for data, product design, and technology has also given me the footing to do so. Serving as the senior point of contact on a project team involving a diverse set of stakeholders, not only was it my responsibility to remain well informed and well versed both functionally and technically, but also to build close relationships and cultivate a positive environment built on trust, constructive feedback, core values, and shared vision. I'm an insatiably curious people person who loves being part of a fun team, expressing creativity, and collaborating with others. My passions will always be food and music.
