I have over 7 years of experience working in data analyst with experience in financial and accounting processes, Supply Chain, reverse logistics management and inventory control, customer service and order management. Previously, I was on the Critical OPS team, where I analysed data from some of the biggest enterprise and networks in the area of Customer service and Parts Ordering in North America such as: Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase & USPS. Working in partnership with Field Engineers located in US & CA. Currently, I work as business analyst, improving products and services for our customers by using advanced analytics, standing up big-data analytical tools, creating and maintaining models.
