My background includes primarily tech support jobs which varied from desktop support to web hosting support as well as a familiarity with networking concepts and computer server systems while providing exemplary customer service. I am currently employed with DigiCert as a Support Engineer where I assist customers with the installation and implementation of SSL certificates. Maintain knowledge of server systems. As well as proficient knowledge of PKI, SSL, Codesigning, HTML, DNS, S/MIME, SMTP, and networking protocols. Most recently, I worked with H-wire, where my responsibilities included; Network Administration, Managing AD and Google Apps Users, Ability to deploy via WDS, create DHCP reservations, as well as equipment set up ie: projectors, smartboards, document cameras. Previously, I worked with Bluehost where my responsibilities included identifying malware in accounts and assisting with basic cleanup and removal. As well as a knowledge of SSH and FTP commands. Also requiring familiarity with Linux servers. In addition to this experience, I gained considerable interpersonal and sales skills during my employment with Vivint as one of the Floor Managers of their Dispatching monitoring department. As a manager, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints. I also was able to assist in triaging of calls to save the lives of several individuals due to prompt EMS and Police dispatching. I consistently met my call-volume goals, as well as improving performance for the team with which I lead. I also bring to the table strong computer skills with 2 years SQL experience and familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as well as many other certifications.
